As a Christian organization, Leaders of Greater Destiny (LoGD) affirms that faith is the foundation of leadership. Our convictions shape how we lead, serve, and empower others:

• We believe in the Holy Scriptures as the ultimate source of wisdom and guidance, forming the principles by which leaders act with integrity and vision. 
• We believe in One God —Father, Son, and Holy Spirit— whose eternal nature models unity, collaboration, and shared purpose for all leaders.  
• We believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, whose life and mission exemplify servant leadership, sacrifice, and transformational influence. 
• We believe in salvation through Christ, reminding leaders that true transformation begins with humility, faith, and renewal.  
• We believe in the Holy Spirit, who empowers leaders to live with character, courage, and conviction, equipping them to serve faithfully.
